Crazy 8′s Leg Day

 Here’s a really fun crazy 8′s workout for the legs…Enjoy!

Warm Up: Jump rope

Snatch: three sets

Split snatch-    DB right hand for 8 (right leg forward)

DB left hand for 8 (left leg forward)

Snatch with the bar for 8

Deadlift: three sets

Single leg-       DB right hand for 8 (right leg lifts)

                        DB left hand for 8 (left leg lifts)

Deadlift with bar for 8

Squat: three sets

Single leg-       8 on the right, 8 on the left, 8 with both feet on the ground

Bridge with hamstring curl (on 55cm swiss ball): three sets

Single leg-       8 on the right, 8 on the left, 8 with both feet on the ball

Cool Down: Jog
