Isiah Brooks, III began his professional career in physical fitness in 1993 as an All-Star Cheerleading Coach specializing in fitness and choreography. In 2003 he founded Exercise Elite, LLC, a mobile personal training company specializing in physical fitness, nutrition, wellness and rehabilitation services.

Brooks has been featured in national magazines including American Health and Fitness Magazine (March, May, July 2005 issues), and in April of 2005 he was recognized as BET’s “Buff Brother of The Month.”

A winner of 8 ONBF (Ohio Natural Bodybuilding Federation) bodybuilding competitions, Brooks has consistently placed 1st in Novice and in the Middleweight division, and has consistently placed within the top 5 in all of the competitions in which he has participated.

His mission is to help individuals reach their personal physical fitness goals through the sport of drug-free bodybuilding, training, nutrition, health, and fitness, and to eliminate the myth that long hours spent in the gym are needed to achieve fitness goals.
